    Creating pins with Skill Reply

I know there is a command for creating instances "dbCreateInstance" but is there a smilar command for creating pins?  My documentation files no longer open and I can not seem to find a command on google.  What is the command for creating a pin in SKILL?

    dbCreatePin

All else fails, log into http://sourcelink.cadence.com/ and do a documentation search from there. My personal preference is to download the PDF versions of docs and use Acroread/PDF search mechanisms, and to transfer them over to my e-readers (Sony PRS-505 and iRex DR1000S).

    Hope that helps!

    Andrew.

And if creating pins on a schematic, schCreatePin() is a useful higher level function.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
