using Voltagestorm for IR drop Reply
    Hello,

I need to do ‘IR Drop analysis’. As far as I know I can do it using Voltagestorm in Cadence.

I have problem for starting Voltagestorm.

Here is what I’ve done to use Voltagestorm.

Voltage Storm is accessed by opening Cadence (icfb), then open Virtuoso by opening a layout cell. Then in the menu, click on Tools -> Voltage Storm. In the new button that appears on the menu, click on EM & IR -> IR Drop Analysis. If I attempt to open Voltage Storm using the above steps, Cadence says "License "ADE_VoltageStorm_Option" does not exist PROGRAM ABORTED".

To do IR drop analysis do I need ‘ADE_VoltageStorm_Option’ license?

We have below licenses, and I guess these licenses are for Voltagestorm, Anything in these licenses is related with Voltagestorm?

    #   Feature: Ice_Parallel                    [Version:   6.200]

    #   Feature: Fire_Parallel                   [Version:   6.200]

    #   Feature: DFM_Core_Technology             [Version:   6.200]

    #   Feature: VoltageStorm_Cell_Transistor2   [Version:   6.200]

    Thanks,
