Determine if a file is accessible under unix Reply

    Hello,

is there a way to find out if a file is executable, readable or writeable?

If I try to run a file via  ipcBeginProcess and it is not accessible Cadence is hanging...

    Thanks Tim

    isReadable("file")

    isWritable("file")

    isExecutable("file")

These are all in the Skill Language Reference file.

Oh, I was looking for something like the access-command, thus i didn't find it.

But this will do the trick.

    Thank you
