Libgen Detailed Power View Models Reply

When i generate detailed power view models i can see that it extracts the layout information. Part of the flow also involves that it extracts the gds view into netlist and runs thunder executable to generate power and max current information for the standard cell. When i study the voltagestorm flow it is confusing to me as to how this information is used during voltagestorm analysis.
Can anybody give me an idea as to how this information is used during the voltagestorm flow.

    Thanks
    Devender

Thunder is used to calculate tap-current data for lightning ( a part of VoltageStorm), with the current source data, and with your defined voltage source locations, and with your RCs, VoltageStorm can solve the matrix. then your IR analysis is OK.
