CDNLive! EMEA 2008 is being held at the centrally located Hilton Munich Park Hotel adjacent to the English Garden. The famous Schwabing district is just 10 minutes walking distance away and invites visitors to its many bars, restaurants, street cafés, and shops.

Reserving accommodations

The Hilton Munich Park Hotel offers discounted room rates for CDNLive!
EMEA 2008 attendees. These rates will
be honoured between 25 April and 5 May 2008, based on availability. To obtain the special CDNLive! discounted room rate,
you must make your reservation no later
than 11 April 2008. Please indicate the promotional code 'CDNLive2008' when making your reservation to receive the special discount. Reservations made after 11 April will be subject to availability and may not receive the discounted room rate. Hotel reservations will be on a first come, first-served basis.

Room rates:
€ 179 single or double
€ 133 single or double weekend rate
(night from Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday)
These prices include 19% German VAT but exclude breakfast. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant "Tivoli" is available at € 24 per person.

How to book your room

Online:
To book your room and receive the discounted rate, please go to the Hilton Park Hotel Reservation Website or send an email to reservations.munich@hilton.com.

By phone or fax:
You can also send a fax form to +49 89 3845 2555 or make your reservation by telephone at +49 89 3845 2525. Please mention the promotional code 'CDNLive2008' when reserving your room to receive the discounted rate.

Hotel check-in time is 15:00. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Hotel cancellation policy

Should you wish to cancel your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Cancellations less than 24 hours from arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

Transportation to venue

You will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements to the CDNLive! EMEA conference.

Ground transportation
Munich Airport International Taxi service is available for approximately € 60.00 one way from the hotel to and from the Munich Airport.

Public transportation
From the Munich Airport International, take the S-Bahn S8 toward Munich City Centre. Exit the S-Bahn at the stop called 'Ostbahnhof'. On leaving the S-Bahn station, follow the signs toward the busses. Take bus number 54 toward 'Kölner Platz' and get off at the stop called 'Tucherpark'. The bus journey takes about 15 minutes.

Driving directions
From the airport: Take the motorway toward Munich. Take the exit 'Mittlerer Ring-Ost' and continue on the B2R/Mittlerer Ring for about 2,5 km until you get to Ifflandstrasse. After about 0,5 km take the Tucherpark exit, follow Tucherpark street, and turn right at the first traffic light to the Hilton Munich Park Hotel. The 36-km journey takes approximately 30 minutes.

From all other directions: All major highways lead to the 'Mittlere Ring' road. In the northeastern part of the ring road, take exit 'Tucherpark'. Follow the street approximately 200 meters and turn right at the first traffic light.
