Andrea Huse: Senior Public Relations Manager, Cadence EMEA
Gunter Strube: Program Director, Cadence Kits EMEA
The Cadence RF Design Methodology Kit has been selected as one of the hottest products of 2006 by Elektronik magazine—the first time an EDA product ever received this prestigious award. Elektronik is Germany's leading electronics magazine with a circulation of more than 30,000 copies. Readers of the publication voted for a field of 111 products that were chosen from the various design technologies and components. The three winners were announced on March 8, 2007 and will be highlighted in the magazine's July 2007 issue.

Accepting the award for Cadence at a ceremony held March 8 in Munich were Andrea Huse, Senior Public Relations Manager, Cadence EMEA, and Gunter Strube, Program Director, Cadence Kits EMEA.

We are extremely proud that one of the Cadence Kits has been nominated and recognized from the design engineer community in Germany as one of the hottest products of the year for 2006. This validates just how valuable the concept of the Cadence Kits is to our customers. You will see more Kits to be announced from Cadence this year, aiming to enable our customers to accelerate productivity and to stay competitive in their respective markets.Ajay Malhotra,Senior Vice President of MarketingCadence Design Systems
