At an awards ceremony in San Jose, CA, Virtuoso Accelerated Parallel Simulator was named a winner in the 20th annual EDN Innovation Awards. The latest release of the Accelerated Parallel Simulator enables users to maximize simulation efficiency without compromising accuracy. The enhanced product consists of a combination of proven Cadence simulation technologies and a breakthrough parallel circuit solver, along with a newly architected engine that efficiently harnesses the power of multi-processing computing platforms.
Using Virtuoso Accelerated Parallel Simulator, customers such as Rohde & Schwarz can not only simulate parts of the circuits, but they can also simulate RF subsystems with large numbers of mutual and actual inductors, regardless of the process nodes used. Many other customers are relying on the Accelerated Parallel Simulator to solve their largest and most complex analog and mixed-signal designs across all process nodes.
