The Cadence Matching Gift Program, established in 1997, supports employees' interests and concerns by matching employees' personal cash donations to nonprofit agencies with Cadence corporate funds. In 2007, over 750 Cadence employees in North America requested matching for their personal contributions in the amount of $260,000 to 599 different organizations, including arts and culture, K-12 and university education, environmental protection, animal welfare/rights, and health/human services initiatives.
Additionally, Cadence responds to regional and global disaster relief by setting up additional matching funds for employee donations to organizations providing relief services to affected areas. This program is made available to employees globally when appropriate.

Who is eligible?Active, full-time or part-time regular employees of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. living in the United States and Canada with at least 6 months service.
