Cadence Cares Program Cadence believes that we can share the gratitude for the good fortune in our lives by giving back to others and volunteering in our communities. Through the Volunteer Connection portal, Cadence recognizes its employees for their hours of community service. This is a new global resource to help Cadence® employees track their volunteer hours. It also provides a way to learn about the impact that they and their co-workers have via volunteer activities. This internal website can also help match employees with volunteer possibilities in their communities – from the more than 90,000 opportunities posted globally.

Cadence Matching Gifts Program The Matching Gifts Program in North America provides an opportunity to increase the impact of employee contributions with a matching gift grant from Cadence. The matching commitment from Cadence strives to inspire and encourage employees to support important causes that they find meaningful and reflective of their interests.

Cadence Global Charitable Engagement Cadence employees at locations around the world support a variety of activities that benefit charitable causes and community efforts. Here are some of the numerous ways that Cadence and its employees enrich lives in their communities:
  • Cadence in India sponsors a cricket tournament to benefit orphan care
  • Cadence in Munich hosts a Girl’s Day to provide young women with a first-hand view into what it would be like to have a career in the technology industry
  • Employees in France work with Doctors Without Borders
  • In Canada, the Boys and Girls Clubs have benefited from employees’ fundraising efforts and the donation of goods and services
  • Cadence in the US is a member of the Million Pound Club with donations of canned goods and cash to the Second Harvest Food Bank
