    Hi Sivaramakrishna, If this is a strongly nonlinear circuit (e.g. ring oscillator), then pss-shooting is appropriate. Otherwise, I would use hb (harmonic balance).     I recommend taking a look at the Appendix A of the SpectreRF User Guide (version 12.1.1 or later). There is a more thorough and up to date example of simulating a transmit mixer.
