  • Toggle coverage on SystemVerilog interfaces

In our design we use interfaces to connect modules. But when running coverage analysis, all signals in the interfaces show 0% toggle coverage, although the signals are clearly toggling in the simulation. How do I get the correct toggle coverage?

  • Facing difficulty in fucntional coverage using NCSim

    Hi All, I am facing some difficulty in implementing the functional coverage using NCSim. I have 2 coverpoints of 3 bins each and one cross of one bin. cp_m: coverpoint m { bins m1; bins m2; bins m3; } cp_w: coverpoint w { bins w1; bins w2; bins w3; } crs : cross cp_m, cp_w { option.cross_auto_bin_max...

  • ICCR union usage

We are trying to use union to get an estimate of coverage in our tests. However, we've run into the problem that the design must be identical over all of the tests. Our test bench uses `DEFINEs fairly extensively, and apparently this prevents us from merging the coverage databases. Is there any way...

  • instance based functional coverage on systemverilog classes (OVM) in vManager

Hi all, I am just checking vmanager functionality and found out, that, when instantiating a class twice in OVM, I don't get separate coverage reports for these 2 instances. Unfortunately neither docu nor help etc. tell me, whether this is/will be supported. For me, this is currently a NoGo-criteria...
