  • inductor layout extraction

Hi, I am using Calibre 2010.2_13.12 PEX to extract the on-chip inductor. I tried to set the victim net, return net and differential nets. But the RVE set-up does not provide a mutual inductance option, as indicated in the manual. can anyone tell me how I can set these parameters for inductor...

  • clarification on LNA design

Hi Any one help me that i am doing Complemetary current reuse LNA in MICS band in Cadence spectra...i selected one IEEE paper regarding my project..In that they didnot mention any device specification (i.e., value of inductor, capacitor, resistor, width of transistor) also i don't know how to desidn...

  • Optimization of Matching Network in Cadence

Hi All As a part of understanding how to optimize matching networks in cadence I am designing a matching network to match 10 ohm load to 50 ohms source at 6Ghz. I am using simple L matching network and I know all the equations required. I come up with the required values of L and C. Simulation shows...

  • MMSIM10.1 -- a release for PA/Transmitter Designers

Fast Envelope Analysis for APSRF and EVM calculation (+ constellation display) feature in ADE/Ocean was instroduced in MMSIM10.1. Comparing to regular Envelope analysis, fast envelope analysis could reduces simulation time from days to few hours without accuracy lose. That features are loved by PA designers...
