  • Setting up blind/buried vias, via-in-pad

    What is the best/correct way to set up a design for using blind and buried vias and via-in-pad (adding them to the board, setting up DRC's and CM, using them, etc)? I'm reading the available HDI docs but it seems that some of the details aren't covered. (16.2) Thanks!
