Bala, Simplified Solutions Inc has an IDF_2_3D STEP model service.This gives the Electrical Engineer access to an MCAD tool. As part of that service, they provide a FREE 3D PDF file. Sun -Up software has a really cool board Viewer that is much easier to use for viewing board. It has all the Nets and Parts listed listed in dialog boxes. Click on a Net and the routing is shown thru the board. www.sun-up.com

Ken, Simplified Solutions Inc.has a web-based service - called IDF to 3D - that will convert an IDF file from any CAD package into a STEP model. If you can not generate the IDF file they can probably help with that as well. I have sent them an IDF file of the Pandaboard Allegro design and they are working on the conversion over the next day or ...

LKSoft has STEP Converters for all major PCB Design Platforms, including Allegro. They are a pioneer in the STEP specification.They also have a free STEP reader that can be downloaded. www.lksoft.com
