  • Re: Save Display Information
The idea with the second argument does not work. I added drLoadDrf("./display.drf" nil) in my .cdsinit and the window still appears after I exit virtuoso. Based on Dereks idea I have done it in that way: procedure(myAutoCancelSaveDrfForm() hiRegTimer("hiiSetCurrentForm('techSaveDrmForm) hiFormCancel(techSaveDrmForm)" ...

  • Re: Problems with: drLoadDrf("~/GHzT/display.drf" nil)
Perfect, it works! I tried yesterday deRegUserTriggers("maskLayout" 'DisplayDrfLoad) procedure(DisplayDrfLoad(l) drLoadDrf("./display.drf") ) and it works too, but I think your solution is smarter. Thank you!

  • Re: Problems with: drLoadDrf("~/GHzT/display.drf" nil)
Update: I tried also envSetVal("graphic" "drfPath" 'string "./display.drf") in my .cdsinit but it has the same effect. It only works after openig a layout.

  • Problems with: drLoadDrf("~/GHzT/display.drf" nil)
Hi, I want to automatically load my display.drf file. I added the line drLoadDrf("~/GHzT/display.drf" nil) in my .cdsinit but it has no effect. If I execute this command in the CIW directly after starting virtuoso and after that I open a layout, my display.drf is also not loaded. But if I open the layout before I ...

  • Symbol view vs. spectre view
Hi, I'm a little bit confused. I want to simulate some schematics using Spectre. The Cells i used have different Views. Until now i always used the symbol-view. But now i wondering: What are the other views used for? There are these views: Should i use the spectre-view if i want to simulate using Spectre? Thank you for ...

  • rectifier impedance-simulation
hi, first: sorry for my bad english! i want to design the analog part of an RFID. to build an appropriate antenna i have to simulate the impedance at the hf1/hf2 pins of the analog part, especially the rectifier. but i am not sure, if a sp-analysis and plotting imag(zp(1 1 ?result "sp")) real(zp(1 1 ?result "sp")) with a ...

  • analog_extracted simulation
hi, first: sorry for my bad english! i want to simulate my design by using the "analog_extracted"-layout. in the "environment options"-window i wrote "analog_extracted" at the beginning of the "switch view list"-line. if i use ADE L, then the simulation runs without any problems. but if i use ADE XL i get ...
