  • DC sweep
I am running DC sweep analyses with current on X-axis & voltage on Y-axis, but i want to sweep the frequency as well. that is i want curves for various frequencies within a V vs I curve, how do i simulate this please help. similar to a parameter sweep. please help   OR in parameter sweep analysis can we use frequency as a ...
  • Re: How to plot current versus voltage curve in waveform graph XL with cadence 6.1.4
You can replace the x axis to any parameter by going to PLOT>AXIS SETTINGS>AXIS VARIABLE then selecting your desired node for the x axis. As you need voltage vs current waveform i prefer you to use a dc sweep analyses with current sweeping through some values on X-axis & voltage on the Y-axis.

  • SCHOTTKY DIODE
Hello, I am using a circuit which runs at 105khz - 250khz in sweep analysis, i want my ac voltage to be converted to dc via a bridge rectifier. as normal diodes don't work well at these frequencies i opted for schottky diodes, can anybody please suggest me which diode to use. my requirement is 40v, 1a. I don't find schottky in the basic ...
