    Yes, i don't have GXL license. I have RC72 and Conformal92(Conformal_Lowpower) license so thought to work on a dummy design, providing the CPF and checking the results on the netlist. But it seems for working with lowpower design(i.e. reading cpf files) need separate license). Tell me if i get netlist with lowpower cells being inserted ...

    I am using Cadence RC but it is not reading CPF and asking for another License "RTL_Compiler_Ultra_II_Option". Does another license is needed here or it is setup issue.

    Hi I've cpf and rtl available with me. Now need to insert Lowpower cells in the netlist. Please tell which compiler should i use to generate netlist which understands power-intent written in CPF and accordingly place the lowpower cells in the netlist.  Thanks in advance.

    Following your sequence, it works. Earlier i was doing       lec -LPXL -verify, read design, read library -liberty <>, read cpf <>. With your commands      set lowpower options -netlist_style logical ------ if not set than default should be picked.      read ...

    Thanks for prompt response (for other queries also). Yes, CLP is reading liberty files and also able to report all the cells specified in it via "report library data" But it is not able to identify LowPower cells having relevant liberty attributes applied to them if those cell are not specified in CPF via "define_*" ...
