  • .cdl file - getting the TX length and width
    Hi All If I want to find out the n_width and p_width of a library cell (for example), can I open the .cdl file and add up the MN1, MN2, MN* ..  w= to get the n_width and MP0, MP1, MP* ... w= to get the p_width. In the below ecample for "cellA" .SUBCKT cellA pin1 pin2 MN2 ........ w=1u l=5u .... MN0 ........ w=2u l=6u .... MP0 ...
