    Sorry, I'm an idiot... At some point Allegro started saving my design in a different folder (same one I created library parts in), and CIS was still looking at the old file in my folder (which had no actual work in it). Once I fixed this, it all worked as expected. Thanks for the offer of help

    It is not that simple, otherwise it would work! I am using Allegro, I'm in the middle of the layout, done some gate and pin swaps, need to back annotate, so I can do some other changes in CIS and bring those into the layout so I can finish it. Used to be such a simple process in the older versions, now, in CIS I do the simple process you ...
