    Hi Oldmouldy and Alokt, I've made the file path more compact, rather than change the location (I figured the result would be the same).  This has fixed the problem. Thanks for your help

    Excellent, I think I got it to work. I doesn't list Diode_Cell_2, but it does list "idealcell.lib" which I think contains the information for the modified diode model. Cheers Alokt
