    Don't use Add button in the artwork window. Under Film Control tab Just right click on Top or Bottom folder (which contains subclasses), then select Add.     We commonly use pair of layers in stackup. Moreover odd number layers in stack will raise the manufacturing cost. HTH.

     Bill, If you are looking for above mentioned option " Closest Endpoint" Go to  Setup> Design Parameters > Display tab. There you will get that option to set the rats connection from closest end point and pin to pin. Hope this helps.

    Hi All,  I use  Orcad PCB editor 16.3 for both Schematic and PCB layout. I have never done back annotation from board to schematic. So, I wanted to learn that. So, I took one layout and was trying to swap the pins of an IC. I am using this command.... Place > Swap > Pins.  Correct me if I am wrong..  I am getting ...
