    Hi Michi The easiest way is to place the pad however you want and the FAB vendor will cut it for you during their process.      Hi Ron yes Select File->New and select Shape Symbol as the 'Drawing Type' make sure that you have the shape's origin as the design origin (0,0) and after creating the DRA and the SSM, in the PAD editor you specify the SSM you created in the respective layers (Etch/Mask/Paste) Regards Venkata
