    we are doing it this way, 1. create a third party program that will read the xls file for you --> that program should save it to a txt file 2. read using infile the txt file created --> use axlRunBatchDBProgram to run the program, then next to it the function that will read the txt file

     Hi Gil, thanks for the effort, i dont know if its normal, but it would be too tasky to debug multi line skill programs if its like this i dont encounter this before, i dont know if i installed some window program or what that it affect allegro even after re-installing it  hope other members have experienced and solve ...

    yup i have tried that, and have used axlMsg commands as well as axlUIConfirm to check the data of dbids -- these commands yields correct value, but those dbids are remove the moment i checked in skill command prompt

    thanks Pawan, but already tried those, I'm hoping  that someone would tell me that i accidentally turned some functions on/off in allegro setup reference whats really bugging me is that, same code can be debugged in other pc  edit: any object that im trying to gets its dbid are always removed, and this is for all my ...

    Hi, has anyone have an issue with ipcBeginProcess? i have an exe program that need to be run from Allegro, running the exe outside Allegro does it job, but when calling it from allegro it does not work at all (not being called to be exact), is there an issue of ipcBeginProcess not working in Allegro win7 64 bit i tried this ...
