    Are you able to identify the heat source - if this is specific trace or set of traces - may be increasing width (to reduce R) would help. Although this would depend upon on your layout and current magnitude. Steve suggestion is a way to reduce R. I assume we are talking DC current here.

    You need to use PSpice Advance Analysis for that, PSpice may not support all types of expression under PSpice MC analysis. Generally expression supported with PSpice ".PROBE" command are supported here. Refer Probe command section in PSpice Reference Guide for additional details.

    Model for LM1893 is not available. Also it seems that this device is obsolete now, thus unlikely to have this model available in public domain now. You may want to try modeling/simulating this device based on it's block diagram using behavioral components in PSpice. Can you please elaborate second part of your question?

    PSpice Model editor may not of much help for this specific requirement. PSpice Model Editor supports a set of standard devices and NEMS is not one of them.
