    ELC - Generic PDK 45 version 3.5 - Redefinition error Reply

    Hey,

    I'm using ELC to characterize a standard cell library I've created based on the Generic 45nm PDK,version 3.5. I have created the netlist successfully,but when I run the db_prepare command,I get the following error:

      [ERROR(db_prepare)] spice syntax error: G45N1SVT : redefinition of the subckt [ file = /Cadence/IC614/GPDK45/models/spectre/gpdk045_mos.scs, #line = 979 ]

     => subckt g45n1svt d g s b inl=ne

    --

    I am pasting the contents of my elccfg file:

     SETUP = "/Cadence/work2/setup.ss";

    PROCESS = "typical";

    CORNER = "tt";

    SUBCKT = "/Cadence/work2/dut.scs";

    MODEL = "/Cadence/IC614/GPDK45/models/spectre/gpdk045.scs";

    EC_SPICE_SIMPLIFY=1;

    EC_HALF_WIDTH_HOLD_FLAG=1;

    EC_SIM_NAME="spectre"

    EC_SIM_TYPE="spectre"

    EC_SPICE_SUPPLY1_NAMES="vdd"

    EC_SPICE_SUPPLY0_NAMES="gnd"

    I cant put up the contents of my dut.scs file,but it contains FET definitions of this kind

     NM0 (\4\:out \7\:A gnd gnd) g45n1svt w=(2.4e-07) l=4.5e-08 nf=1 as=0.0384p \
            ad=0.0384p ps=0.78u pd=0.78u nrd=1.16667 nrs=1.16667 sa=1.4e-07 \
            sb=3.45e-07 sd=160n sca=5.18803 scb=0.00227507 scc=1.27019e-05 \
            m=(1)

    Please help!
