    Leakage current calculation using spectre (virtuoso) Reply

       my design consists of only gates i.e NAND , NOR and NOT. I have to calculate leakage current for that design. Can anyone suggent me how to calculate leakage current for that circuit or can anone suggest a manual related to this leakage current calculation using spectre.

    How about plotting the current flowing out of the supply source when everything is supposedly static? This does assume that leakage is being modelled correctly in the device models.
