I am trying to add class property in ORCAD, entering it in the design and I am wondering if the property get pushed to the Library.

If you assign properties in the design, they become schematic properties not part of the library definition, you really need to modify the library parts and update the Design Cache if you want to get the modified parts into existing designs.
