Voltage lost and resistors over heated Reply
    Hello,
Currently I am working on a PCB for a control circuit.
The PCB has a power supply circuit that converts a 220V-AC input to 12V-DC to feed the whole circuit.
The problem is, somehow part of the voltage is lost across the PCB so the circuit doesn't function right.
Also the thermal resistors (22OHM - 2Watt) resistors and the Regulator in the power source circuits get overheated.

I check all connections and nothing seems wrong.
Can you help me detect and fix the reason of this voltage loss and overheat?

    Regards
