     Hi, We are designing a RF Front end receiver in which we are proceeding with a PSS, PAC, etc analyses.....

    1. We have plotted Conversion Gain Vs LO power by doing PSS followed by PAC analyses. So, can we plot the same CG by varying RF.

    2. Can we plot Noise Figure Vs RF frequency.

    Please, get me the valuable suggestions............

    Your questions aren't very clear. In general with PAC and PNOISE you'd be sweeping the RF frequency and so would see the conversion gain and noise figure versus input frequency. The default is that if doing a power sweep in the PSS, the pac and pnoise give you a choice of "single point" for a single point frequency, but there's no reason why you can't set the sweep to "Start-Stop" or "Center-Span".

    Hi Kiran1507,

     If you are using MMSIM12.1.1 or 13.1, I recommend looking at Appendix A of the SpectreRF User Guide.  There are a number of step by step examples that you may find useful. 

    Please note:  To run the examples, you will need to obtain the gpdk180 PDK from http://support.cadence.com (it is no longer on http://pdk.cadence.com).
