    SKILL code to alter contact size Reply

     Hi, I streamed in GDS from 0.35um into 0.18um process and like to have a script to automatically shrink each contact size (contact width/length) to meet the 0.18um DRC. Does anybody know how to do this in batch with SKILL command? Thanks!

    If the contact a shape you might try the function leSizeShape(objDb sizeValue)

     Thank you, Paul.

     In order to process all the contacts within a cellview in batch, how do I create a ObjDb to include all the contact within a list, and thus re-size them all together with one skill command/script?

    Hello yliu,

    You can get all the contact db Id's in one list through this command;

    CdbId = leSearchHierarchy( CellLayId list( x0:y0 x1:x2 ) 32 "contact" list())

    first argument is the db id of the layout view, you can set the search perimeter box in the second arg.

    you can refer to sklayoutref  Skill reference for more options.

    Best Regards

    Taher
