    Not special,

Just find out the inst which drive a cell's port.

e.g. find the friver of top_fifo_reg1_2_/D.

top_fifo_reg1_2_ is an inst, D is top_fifo_reg1_2_'s input port.

    Try this:

    set instTermName "top_fifo_reg1_2_/D"

    set instTermPtr [dbGet -p top.insts.instTerms.name $instTermName]

    set driverName [dbGet [dbGet $instTermPtr.net.instTerms.isOutput 1 -p].name]
