How could I change the plane type dots to filled color in allegro? Reply

    Hi all!

After I change the version of OrCAD 16.3 to 16.5, it is different the type of plane.

When I used the ver.16.3, it has filled color of plane. So I could see which is what trace.

But Ver16.5 has a dots type of plane, it makes me very confused and unconfortable recognising among the nets.

Is there any patch file for changing the defaut type of plane except dots??

    Thanks.

Cadence changed the way static shapes are drawn so that they appear different from a dynamic shape so you can tell the difference. If you don;t like this display there is a setting under Setup - User Preferences - Display - Opengl. Check the box for static_shapes_fill_solid which reverts back to the older behaviour.
