    Regarding Transient analysis of Gate Charge Reply

    actually i am doing tran analysis in schematic editor.in that i need to plot channel charge of mosfet against time.i am applying transient voltages to source,drain and gate,by which capacitance and volatge both are changing with time. 

    would you please suggest me how to perform the simulation
