MBIST insertion using RC tool Reply

    Hi,

I am trying to insert the MBSIT logic around my memories using RC tool. Can any one please explain the steps for implemantation.

Please suggest any documents  which will help in implementing MBIST.

Please share a sample configuration file if anybody is working on it.

    Thanks

    Hi Srikanth,

have u tried the 'Design For Test in Encounter RTL Compiler'. Specifically the chapter "Inserting Memory Built-In-Self-Test Logic ? I believe it should have most of the information you are looking for.

    hope this helps,

    gh-
