    Hi Sarvani

You can check the "streamLayers" section in the Virtuoso techfile. Please use "ciw: Tools->Tecnology File Manager" to dump out the techfile.

    Best regards

Thank you Quek. We had followed the same procedure for getting GDS number. I expected a command to get this number. Any way we got this. Thank you very much for suggestion

    Thank you,

    Sarvani.

There are SKILL functions to get this information in IC5141:

    techGetStreamLayer
    techGetStreamLayers
    techGetStreamNumber

and a few others - they're in the  <IC5141instDir>/doc/sktechfile/sktechfile.pdf manual.

Note that these aren't there in IC61, because the stream numbers are no longer part of the tech file in OpenAccess.

    Andrew.
