PSpice offers several type of switched. These can be found under "ANALOG" library. These parts are
S, S_ST, W, W_ST. S are voltage controlled switches, W are current control switches.

PSpice has several PWM models. Most of the models are present in Swit_reg libraries. You can also use the external models for PWM. Refer Appendix C: Importing SPICE models, in PSpice user guide on how to use external models in Capture-PSpice
