    Error in simulation Reply

    Hi friends,

I am new to pspice. I needed TL082 ic. when i did not find it in my library i downloaded that library file from  http://www.cadence.com/products/orcad/pages/downloads.aspx

and added it to my project. But when i simulate the circuit i get an error saying

"Subcircuit TL082/301/TI used by X_U1A is undefined

please help me to sort out this issue. its URGENT... So kindly help me..

The same happened to me today. You need both lib and olb files. Olb has the objects you can include in your circuit, and lib has the definitions of them.
    Try this guide: http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/pspice_instruction.pdf

"Add as global" did not work for me, but "Add to design" did. So I will need to add the libs for ever circuit I analyse. I will later try manually editing the pspice.ini file in the tools\pspice folder. Good luck.

    Friends one more doubt....

I wanted to use MPY634 IC as voltage multiplier.

I found the BASIC MULTIPLIER CONNECTION using MPY634 from the datasheet. but when i simulated tat in pspice i am getting an error.

"ERROR -- Less than 2 connections at node N02426 "

how can i rectify this? or how can i use this ic more efficeintly as a voltage multiplier...?
