Andrew is right, you should file a Service Request to Support!
BTW, the syntax error shown seems to be unrelated to Assura, as the log file in snap-shot shows a normal termination for Assura with some compare errors. That mean Assura run has completed and user need to debug the compare errors.
Another thing that I noted is, you are using an unsupported version of Assura. Support folks may not be able to help you unless you upgrade to the most latest version of Assura which is Assura41. (You can get the latest hotfix from downloads website.)
