Add Text to inner layer Reply

    Hello,

I have a simple question about adding text to the inner layer of a PCB, for identification purpose.

I have two inner GND planes and I want to add text to them, because these are copper-pour how can I remove the copper where the characters are? So that the text appears in negative form.

I am using OrCad PCB Designer 16.5.

    Thanks in advance,

    Marcel

Search the PCB Design community forum for this post from June 2010: Best way to create negative text on copper planes(shapes)?
