 QRC nrd/nsd extraction

    QRC nrd/nsd extraction Reply

    Hi,

    I am trying to extract the source/drain regions for MOS tranistors. QRC:ext9.14 and assura 410

    So I added 'mos_diffusion_parameter_extraction -res fast' and selected 'Extract MOS Diffusion Res' from the QRC Run.

    After the run the qrc stuck with the error show below:
