    ELC memory macro characterization Reply

     Hi All,

I need some help for characterizing memory block generated by a memory compiler, which provides a spice model for the macro and a .lib file charatrized for nominal voltage.

I am not really sure, how I can characterize a memory block with ELC. As I understand from the user guide, a gate file may help the tool to characterize a circuit. I tought I may use this option to generate a .lib file. But i was not succesfull.

My question is; how can I characterize a memory macro which I have spice model and an existing .lib file?

    I will appreciate your help.
