    Can Nanoroute constrain one direction in each routing layer? Reply
    I wanna remove all the bends in one layer. Is there any command can do this?

    Yes, you should contact your AE regarding 1D Litho routing options for DPT.

    To force sensitivity to  1 Demintional Lithography by layer you can set this Litho option,  f t t t means it is false for M1 and true for the rest. This option is very resrtictive and may require other work on the library and vias if this is your intent.

    setNanoRouteMode -drouteMinimizeLithoEffectOnLayer "f t t t t "

     

    The other method is more for a 2D understanding and allows jogs but applies the FAB rule to the non preferd direction. There is more information in the LEF documentation to match the version of software that you have avalible.

    PROPERTY LEF58_MINWIDTH "MINWIDTH <#.###> WRONGDIRECTION ;" ;
