I see. I will definitely try to update it then :-)

    Thank you very much,

    Hi Andrew

I finally have a version of Spectre that can turn noises of the devices off. However, when I turn off the noise of a MOS, it still has noise related to: M.rg, M.rs, M.rb, M.rd and M.rdb.

Is there a way to turn these noise off as well?

    Hamid,

I just tried this, and it works perfectly for me. Which version are you using? Are you sure you specified the device correctly?

What kind of model is the transistor model? "rdb" is not a parameter of bsim4, so I'm not sure which model you're using...

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Andrew-

The  version that I am using right now, the one that Cornell afforded, is 11.1.0.722.isr24

I am using pmos_rf models from tsmcN65 library,

As you know, there are id and rn types of noises related to each transistors. When I put it in the list of devices whose noise is off, they do not show any id noise but they have several rn noise as I mentioned before.

BTW, I checked it in Noise summary after running PSS+Pnoise.
