    .* file extensions ... Reply

OrCAD PSPICE produces too many important *.* file extensions.

Can you please describe or detail the each type file and what for it stands?

    XPK file extension

    Spice Pspice Library File

This sophisticated, native mixed-signal simulator performs functional simulations of digital parts and allows engineers to perform a broad range of PSpice analyses. Tight integration with OrCAD Capture facilitates rapid design-and-simulate repetitive cycles allowing engineers to explore various design configurations before committing to specific implementation.

The dbk is the last saved back up of the dsn file.

The DSNlck is a locked DSN file.
