After many requests, I set aside some time and updated the Using the nport in Spectre and SpectreRF Simulations appNote for MMSIM 11.1.   You may download the appNote on Cadence Online Support.   More nport enhancements are planned, so stay tuned!

I designed a circuit which I put a "1-port" instance as the output. But when I simulate it with "PSS" and "Tran" the results in time domain are completely different. I put the same duration time in both to check differences but I think it's not trust-able....Let me know is it something wrong in these simulations or some default set-up is needed?

Hi Iman,
You may want to contact Customer Support for assistance on this.  It's difficult to say why your answers are not matching.  In my experience, typically it's an issue with the nport setup or the s-parameter data.  
It's not the type of thing that we can troubleshoot on the Cadence Community site.  I'd be happy to look at your issue, but it would need to be via a Service request. ( http://support.cadence.com/ )
