Im new to package designing,I have a query.

After adding tackpoints,i cant add bond fingers & viceversa.Since the pattern style list oxes are disabled.Could you please help me out to resolve.

This is a good question!

In 16.3, ARCs are not available in APD - only SiP Layout. We are currently investigating the possibility of making some of the checks available in a future version of APD.

Do you have specific ARCs that you would see valuable in a single die package design?
