New Rapid Adoption Kit on Encounter RTL Compiler: RC-Physical Low Power Flow

These RAKs have expanded to nearly all of Cadence's product categories and collectively offer a key component of our "Best of 2013" Cadence Online Support resources; each offers workshop databases or demo databases, instructional documents, overview presentations, app notes, and videos

 

The Digital Front-End Design RAKs alone have over 3500 unique users, garnering encouraging feedback on how they can help maximize productivity benefits of Cadence tools and technologies. We deeply and sincerely thank the whole community for continuing to download and leverage our RAKs on Cadence Online Support.

The latest RAK on RTL Compiler : RC-Physical Low Power Flow provides users of RTL Compiler (RC) with low-power design implementation features using physical synthesis capabilities of RC, focusing on the intersection of low power and physical in the design flow. This RAK demonstrates the basic RC-Physical flow for designs with power-intent-based domains. The RAK includes training materials on all three topics.

The RAK is validated with RC 13.1, and is designed for beginners.
