Coming This Friday November 14th: SoC-Encounter Office Hours

Comments(0)Filed under: Digital Implementation forums, SoC-Encounter, chat

I've really been enjoying the discussions in our Digital Implementation Forums.  Thanks to those who have contributed questions and answers, and to you "lurkers" out there as well.  I appreciate you all- this community is nothing without you!

A couple of you have reached out and sent me private messages when you've not been able to get complete answers to your questions.  That's fine by me- if I can't answer the question I'm happy to try and track down someone who can.  In an effort to give you Encounter users out there an opportunity to get real-time feedback on your issues, I'd like to try something new.  I'd like to set up "SoC-Encounter Office Hours".  Bring your Encounter questions to a "live blog" this Friday, November 14th from 2-3PM Eastern Standard Time in the embedded room below and we'll try to answer your questions.

Keep in mind that these blogs are open to the Internet, and the contents of the live blog will be posted for all to see once completed.  If these terms don't work for you, and you're having issues with SoC-Encounter, I would encourage you to do one of the following things:

If you'd like to provide feedback on the use of this technology, please leave a comment below or send me a Private Message.  I'd love to hear what you think especially since this is the first time we're trying this.  The live blog event should appear below:

We'll see how this first trial run goes.  Hope to see you back here this Friday!
